It may be a holiday weekend, but Atlanta’s own Young Scooter is not taking any days off. To celebrate the holiday, Young Scooter has tapped two southern legends, Rick Ross and 2 Chainz, for his new record.
“Dope Boys & Trap Gods” is an upbeat trap record with a bounce that would be great if we could all enjoy it outside. Produced by Zaytoven, the record kicks off with a verse from Young Scooter before transitioning to 2 Chainz and Rick Ross.
“Seventeen-five, rest in low but that’s the price though/I ain’t talkin’ bricks, I’m talkin OG gas and bowls/Them Ralos, Ion’t sell those/That spice in Monte Carlo/All this water on, I can’t see, I need goggles,” Young Scooter raps.
“Hustlin’ in my DNA, mix Farrakhan with T. D. Jakes/Product of a product, hmm, sh*t
Either way, a prophet, wearin’ Prada/Tell ’em they need to pray/Trap god, Scooter, 2 Chainz, and my n*gga Zay,” 2 Chainz adds.
This Zaytoven assisted record sets up nicely for his next project. While we wait for more new music from the Atlanta artist, check out “Dopes Boys & Trap Gods” with Rick Ross and 2 Chainz below.
