Dwayne Johnson is stepping into a new level of stardom. Next month, one of the world’s most successful movie stars will deliver a network series based on his life called Young Rock. This week, Johnson delivered the show’s first trailer.
“Ladies and gents, here’s your first look at Young Rock,” he wrote.
“I really wish my dad was around to see this one. Man, he would’ve been proud.”

The newly released trailer features many of the show’s most important characters including Johnson’s father, played by Joseph Lee Anderson. Meanwhile, Andrian Groulx and Bradley Constant will play The Rock at different stages of his life.
“I was clearly kicking puberty’s ass at 15 years old and becoming a tequila tycoon by the time I was 10,” Johnson added.
“I can’t wait to make you and your families laugh a little and share some life lessons I’ve learned along the way.”
Young Rock will debut on NBC on February 16, 2021. Check out the trailer above.
