Sony Pictures has delivered a new trailer for the upcoming Marvel picture, Venom: Let There Be Carnage. In this trailer, crazed serial killer Cletus Kasady survives a lethal injection and transforms into Carnage. Venom, played by Tom Hardy, must tap into his darker side in order to control Carnage. Will it be enough?
Woody Harrelson and Hardy will lead a cast that includes Naomie Harris, Michelle Williams and J.K. Simmons. Kelly Marcel will write the screenplay while Andy Serkis takes on directorial duties. Rounding out the team, Barry Waldman, Jonathan Cavendish and Ruben Fleischer step in as executive producers.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage was originally slated to be released in October, but it was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, it was slated to be released on September 17 before being pushed back yet again. Now, it appears that Venom: Let There Be Carnage will arrive on September 24.
