Usher has stepped back into the studio for a new track called “Don’t Waste My Time” featuring Ella Mai. Teaming up with Jermaine Dupri, the new track gives off the iconic vibe that he has exuded his entire career.
Usher sings, “My mind was changed, I’m glad you made/Intoxicate, your vibe’s amazing/Feel?the?love in the?air, baby, you know (You know)/Ain’t?no rush, we’ve been at it, where the time go? (Oh)/You’re gonna end up showin’ me now/’Cause I done had one too many drinks.”
Ella Mai adds, “I know you wanna go there/I see it, stop frontin’, come here/I know you can drive it, chauffeur/Anticipate your touch down (Ow-wow)/Put me down like right now.”
The track is likely a part of the Atlanta star’s upcoming album. Previously, he has noted that he has worked with Lil’ Jon, Ludacris and the aforementioned, Jermaine Dupri on this album. In addition, he has worked with newer acts like Ella Mai and Summer Walker in recent months.
