The San Antonio Spurs have been the closest thing to a dynasty we’ve had, without winning back to back championships. The San Antonio Spurs have won 50 games for 16 seasons in a row, they have 4 NBA championships, and the best part is, it’s with the same people. The door is closing on Manu Ginobli and Tim Duncan, but Tony Parker has a little bit of life in him left, and Kawhi Leonard is an emerging star in this league.
Tony Parker says it’s Kawhi’s time right now.
According to Dan McCarney of MySanAntonio.com:
One of the better quotes I can ever remember from Parker, on striking balance with Leonard: pic.twitter.com/7AzeVMoM0z

Kawhi Leonard has had some injury issues, but he was the finals MVP last year against the seemingly unbeatable Miami Heat. It’s his contract year, and he has the chance to go anywhere he wants, but realistically, who would want to leave a team that has had success every year. Every decision they’ve made as an organization is right, and they’ve reaped the benefits. Everyone hates them, including me, why? They’re an annoying amount of successful.
