Former NFL quarterback and G.O.A.T. of the sport Tom Brady has purchased a partial ownership stake in the Las Vegas Aces. This announcement came from Las Vegas Aces and Las Vegas Raiders majority owner Mark Davis on Thursday. Brady has been plagued by rumors of his possible return to the NFL in recent weeks despite his continuous denial of that. The seven-time Super Bowl Champion is moving on from football and one of his first moves was to buy into the current defending WNBA Champion, Aces.

When Tom Brady left the New England Patriots in free agency he almost became a Las Vegas Raiders quarterback instead of one for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While that did not happen, it appears that Mark Davis is interested in a partnership with the former quarterback now that he has retired from the NFL. There are plenty of current and former athletes invested in professional sports teams at this time. For Brady, winning has always been important, and investing in the current WNBA champions is a signal that winning will always be important to the G.O.A.T. of the NFL. This could be just the beginning of Brady entering a different side of the sports world.
