Time flies and it’s hard to believe that it’s been three weeks since Wayne dropped the fifth installment of the Carter series. In the days and weeks since the project’s release, fans have seemed to gravitate towards records like “Mona Lisa” and “Don’t Cry”. Among the fan favorites is the “Special Delivery” inspired track, “Uproar”. Thanks to the distinct Harlem sample, the track has sparked its own challenge. Not to mention, a few rappers have tried their hand at the track. Today, Swaze joined the list of lyrical emcees to try their hand at the track.
Two months after dropping the much anticipated remix to” Jakkboyz”, he’s got another one. On the Lil’ Wayne track, Swaze raps, “I’m a fly n*gga/Change the time zones/Got a sky view/Like I fly drones.” Later in the track, Swaze raps, “I know plugs h*e/Where the drugs go?/And it’s thirty five for a gram if you want coke.” Throughout the track, the rapper effortlessly floats over the production while delivering his own take at the record.
