In the midst of preparing for the release of SR3MM, Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee is back with a new single, “Guatemala”. Earlier this week, Swae Lee teased the idea that this new single would be a sequel to his most recent number one single, “Unforgettable”. This solo track, which is set to appear on Swaecation, has production from Mally Mal. Most importantly, the record features an infectious vibe and bounce that is in line with the vibe that Swae Lee has been on over the past few months.

The record features Swae Lee harmonizing his way into the hearts of one woman in particular. Swae Lee sings, “Baby when you laughin’ is it ’cause you feel an excellent vibe?/That was just a fraction of the good, love I provide /See some niggas talkin’ on the side, can you keep that silent?” Swae Lee wraps up the record with an infectious hook where Swae Lee sings, “Seen the way you talkin’ up my phone last night, on God/Do it on my jet, let’s keep this private/She wants me too, she ain’t even in denial/Wanna make love, she ain’t even in denial/We can get away-ay, maybe to Guatemala/Got me goin’ deep, got me all in freshwater.” This is sure to be a record that will last throughout the summer.
Rae Sremmurd is set to release their third album, SR3MM, later this year. The album comes is scheduled to come complete with a joint Rae Sreummrd LP, a Slim Jxmmi LP and a solo Swae Lee LP. Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi are also scheduled to go on tour with Donald Glover this Fall.
