When you look at the 2nd seed vs. the 7th seed in the NBA Playoffs, the 2nd seed team should obviously be the dominant team, most the time. The Raptors are in a tight series against the revived 7th seed Indiana Pacers team. With the Raptors now leading the series 3-2 after a game 5 nail-biting victory over the Pacers 102-99.
Solomon Hill had a chance to tie the game up with 2 seconds left and made the 3-point shot but he did not release the shot in time and it didn’t count. The whole series there has been a lot of talking from the Pacers side of things. First it was Paul George thinking that DeMarree Carroll was fouling him every possession earlier in the series, and then before game 4, Solomon Hill spoke up to motivate his squad.
Now after their loss in Game 5, Solomon Hill is back taking it to another level, claiming that the way the Raptors play, isn’t really basketball at all. Here is the Fox Sports Indiana interview:
Solo: Raptors aren’t playing basketball. They’re just going after PG and trying to draw fouls. #Pacershttps://t.co/Cm0JucpywL

Solomon Hill was obviously not happy with the way they lost the game. The Raptors outscored the Pacers 25-9 in the 4th quarter, going on a 21-2 run to start the 4th. The Raptors caught momentum when the time was right, DeRozan finally made shots this game scoring a career playoff high 34 points and Bismack Biyombo added in 10 points and 16 rebounds off the bench. Overall, the Raptors played horrible through 3 quarters, allowing Indiana to keep control of the game, which gives the Pacers hope heading into game 6 facing elimination.
