Super Bowl Champion Richard Sherman is taking another step in his television career. The former NFL star has reportedly reached a deal to appear on FS1’s Undisputed with Skip Bayless. According to the initial reports, Sherman will work alongside Bayless “around 50-100 times per year, primarily during football season.” In addition, he will be a key figure in Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football studio broadcast. Details regarding his compensation for his work on FS1 and Prime Video remain under wraps.
Sherman is the latest addition to the Undisputed cast. Lil’ Wayne has also reportedly agreed to appear on the show once each week to discuss matters relating to the world of sports, pop culture and beyond. Additional reports also suggest FS1 and Bayless may also look to add Keyshawn Johnson to its rotating cast of debate partners.
The changes Bayless and FS1 have made to the show come weeks after Shannon Sharpe walked away from Undisputed. At this time, it’s unclear where he will head next. With that said, Stephen A. Smith has been open in his desire to have the Super Bowl winner join First Take on a recurring basis.
