The Sacramento Kings have reportedly signed wing Corey Brewer for the rest of the season according to Shams Charania of The Atheltic. Brewer has not played this season but did suit up for the Sixers and Kings last season on several 10-day contracts. Brewer also has spent time with the Rockets, Lakers, and Wolves, amongst other teams.

Sacramento is one of the last teams selected to participate in the NBA’s restart in Orlando. Prior to the NBA suspending the season, the Kings were winners of seven of their last 10.
In the 2018-19 season, Brewer averaged 4.9 points, 2.5 rebounds, and one steal per game between the Sixers and Kings. While the Kings are not a playoff contender in the standings, they were playing some solid basketball before the hiatus. Adding a veteran like Brewer to help in the playoff fight cannot hurt.
