Pro Football Hall of Fame and former Raiders punter Ray Guy has passed away at the age of 72 years old. He spent his entire career with the Oakland Raiders and Los Angeles Raiders. He is currently the only NFL punter to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. In the 1973 NFL Draft when he was drafted out of Southern Miss, he became the first punter to be selected in the first round. Guy is considered one of the greatest NFL punters of all time.

He is also a member of the Hall of Fame All-1970s Team. In his Hall of Fame, speech Guy highlighted how he felt the Pro Football Hall of Fame was incomplete without a punter and how he was proud to be the first one inducted.
