The Phoenix Suns won Game 6 and the Western Conference Finals over the Los Angeles Clippers late Wednesday night. In convincing fashion, Chris Paul and Devin Booker led their team over Paul George and the Clips. It was a fun series with some surprises here and there. Now, the Phoneix Suns are headed to their first NBA Finals appearance since 1993.

From the first quarter of the game, you could tell CP3 was in a different mode. He knocked down a couple of quick threes to get things going early for the Suns. After missing some time due to COVID health and safety protocols, some thought that Phoenix was doomed. However, that didn’t happen and in Game 6, he rose to the occasion.
D-Book got the energy up with a huge slam. He blew by Terance Mann and made his way to the basket for the ferocious one-hand throw down.

Chris Paul wouldn’t and couldn’t be stopped. He finished the game with 41 points and 8 assists. There wasn’t anything the Clippers’ defense could do to stop him from scoring.

After all the injuries and the wild plays and other moments in the playoffs, the Phoenix Suns are headed to the NBA Finals. Not just the Suns, but Chris Paul finally has a conference title, and he did it over his former team. It’s been a long-time coming and the making of a Hall-of-Fame career to get to this point. CP3 isn’t just happy to be there either, he’s coming to win.
