Bryce Dejean-Jones was on his way up with the New Orleans Pelicans after he got a chance to play for the squad before his season ended due to a broken wrist. Still, the young wingman made the most out of his time on the court and gave the most to a team who wasn’t going anywhere good in the standings. Despite that, Dejean-Jones played well in his 14 appearances which were mostly in a reserve role and the Pelicans found some promise in him, signing him to a three-year deal.
Now it appears that tragically, Dejean-Jones has passed away only at the age of 23.
