As home court advantage goes back to the Atlanta Hawks, Paul Pierce does not seem to be phased knowing the Wizards will have to win a game in Atlanta to pull out a win in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
“We are a resilient team. We don’t mind being on the road. Our record speaks for itself on the road. It is an uphill battle now going into their building and trying to win again but I think this squad is up to the challenge.”
As long as the leader of the team, Paul Pierce, can get the young guys ready for battle, the Wizards should have no problem understanding what is at stake in Game 5. Winning on the road right away will give a great opportunity to close out the series at home.
If the Wizards want to win the series, they have to win a game in Atlanta, so winning sooner rather than later would be beneficial to the team and their fans.
