Fresh off of a show stopping performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, Lil’ Baby has put together his next set of live shows. Motown Records and Quality Control have announced that the Atlanta native will link up with Virginia’s own Chris Brown for the “One of Them Ones” tour. Together, the duo will put together 27 shows from early July through late August. Along the way, they’ll stop in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Toronto, Detroit, Los Angeles and several other major cities. Tickets for the “One of Them Ones” tour are set to go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. ET.
Lil’ Baby and Chris Brown are both seemingly preparing to release new projects this year. Following up his 2020 breakout project, My Turn, Lil’ Baby has kicked off 2022 by dropping singles with Nicki Minaj and Ed Sheeran while also sampling Drake’s “Pound Cake” on “In A Minute.” Meanwhile, Chris Brown recently delivered a new track called “Warm Embrace.” According to a recent press release, fans should stay “tuned for more music from Chris Brown coming soon.”
The “One of Them Ones” tour adds to an exciting return to live music this summer. Out in Washington, D.C., Pharrell has put together an outstanding Something In The Water festival lineup while Rolling Loud is bringing Kendrick Lamar to Florida in July. Not to be forgotten, The Weeknd and Doja Cat are set for larger than life tour this summer.
