Covid-19 has thrown the football season into a state of disarray. Games are being postponed, entire quarterback rooms are in protocols, and it’s anyone’s guess who will actually line up for their teams this week. It’s an impossible situation to navigate through for betting purposes. We recommend holding off on placing actual wagers till a few minutes before kickoff. All it takes is one tweet from Adam Shefter to ruin your ticket. With that being said, let’s take a look at a few games for the NFL Sunday Picks as we monitor as one pm approaches.
Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars(-4.5)
Urban Meyers’ stint in Jacksonville was quicker than Rick Pitino’s in a restaurant. The former collegiate coach is gone and so too, hopefully, is the toxic culture. Meyer didn’t have the work ethic to succeed in the NFL and his players suffered as a result. I have a mantra, always bet on a team after their coach is fired. I expect we will see a revitalized Jaguar team on Sunday.
Prediction: Jaguars -4.5

Arizona Cardinals at Detroit Lions (-12)
The Cardinals recently embarrassed a broken Bears team without breaking a sweat. I expect they’ll do the same to the Lions. While Kliff Kingsbury continues to be a major question mark, the talent disparity should be enough for the Cardinals to cover by two touchdowns. The Cardinals are a great pick for the NFL Sunday Picks.
Prediction: Cardinals -12

Washington Football Team At Philadelphia Eagles(-6)
As I write this article, I have no idea who’ll be starting at quarterback for the Washington Football Team. The under is in play but I expect the Eagles will capitalize on the opportunity to cement themselves in the playoff picture. The eagles should be helped by the fact that a game played on Tuesday allows Hurts extra time to heal from his ankle injury.
