Unfortunately, we’re just a month away from the anniversary of Chinx’s untimely death and his murder is still unsolved. Many who know the Main street and Queen’s boulevard area where Chinx was shot and killed at feel’s this case should have been solved within days of it happening as this area isn’t one where crime can go unsolved at, but it has in the case of Chinx.
Lisa Evers of Fox News has been following Chinx’s case heavily to make sure it’s solved and she recently sat down with NYPD’s Lieutenant Richard Rudolph and Lieutenant Louron Hall. Lisa got the two to reveal some new details on the case. The two have a car and know that the shooter walked up to Chinx’s Porsche and started firing as opposed to intial reports of it being a drive-by shooting.
“I wouldn’t call it a set up, but was he a target? Yes…So, we believe our shooter walked up and fired into that car,” Lt. Rudolph said. “[Chinx] was not involved, as far as we know, with any type of serious drugs. But he was about to make it big. He was going to make money. Nobody, who knows anything about this murder specifically, is cooperating with the police at this time.”
You can check Lisa’s interviews with the Lieutenant’s below and hope that Chinx’s case doesn’t go unsolved like it usually does when it comes to rappers.
