Lupe Fiasco and Royce Da 5’9 have decided to launch a joint podcast this month. Streaming on Apple Music and Spotify, the duo will be joined by marketing executive Thomas Frank. The trio will touch topics relating to music, family and more.
The new podcast is the first show to come from the Say What Media Podcast Network. Beyond Lupe Fiasco and Royce Da 5’9’s joint effort, Say What Media functions as a virtual production studio. The company provides recording, editing and distribution assistance for podcasts across the globe. Say What Media is also looking for podcasts to join their expanding network.
Lupe Fiasco and Royce Da 5’9 are new to hosting their own podcast, but the duo is familiar with the medium. The Detroit artist has appeared on a number of podcasts over the years including Crook’s Corner with Crooked I and The Joe Budden Podcast with Joe Budden. Lupe Fiasco has also appeared on The Joe Budden Podcast and sat down for a conversation held by the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
The Lupe and Royce Show will debut on October 8, 2020.
