Fresh off of the release of Trench Baby 2, Chicago’s own Lil Zay Osama has returned with the “Needed You” video featuring Luh Kel. Directed by Clint The Writer, the cinematic visuals paint a portrait of love and loss. Each scene of the true-to-life visuals is supported by the guitar-heavy production and hypnotic autotune melodies developed by Luh Kel and Lil’ Zay Osama.
“You know I needed you. I was there when you needed me. You see me call your phone. This sh*t ain’t easy for me. I could’ve been did you dirty,” Lil’ Zay Osama raps.
“You actin’ like a n*gga ain’t worth it. Baby, you know a n*gga not perfect. You gon’ sit up there and not answer. I don’t care who you is. I don’t care who he is. You know that sh*t wasn’t real. You won’t see me again.”
Clint The Writer’s “Needed You” visuals come as Lil’ Zay Osama hits the road for the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour. Alongside G Herbo, he’ll be making stops in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Little Rock, Chicago, Boston and several other cities through December 20.
