Last season with the Los Angeles Lakers, Lebron James averaged 30.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game. He paired those numbers with a field goal percentage of 52.4 percent and a three-point percentage of 35.9 percent. Despite not making the NBA Playoffs this year, James was still at the top of his game. With a new roster and new Head Coach, the team is hoping to return to the NBA Playoffs and compete for an NBA record 18th Championship.

The Los Angeles Lakers are hoping that with Lebron James they can win another NBA title with him. It is also more than likely that he passes Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in all-time regular season points this year as a member of the Lakers. He is now tied with the team for at least two more seasons and will break some records along the way. Now the focus can shift to competing for the 2022-23 NBA Championship.
