Howard University will have some tough competition this weekend. Just a day after the university’s annual Yardfest celebration, another HBCU down in Kentucky will be at center stage. On Saturday, DaBaby, G Herbo, Juvenile and Sada Baby will headline Kentucky State University’s 2019 Homecoming Concert.
This concert will cap off a hectic two week period for DaBaby. Last week, he dropped his latest album, KIRK, with features from Nicki Minaj, Chance The Rapper and Gucci Mane. This week, he performed twice on the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards stage in Atlanta, Georgia. He was also honored as the ceremony’s “Best New Artist”. Later on, he appeared at Morgan State University’s 2019 Homecoming Concert with Sunna 4 Vegas. Today, he’s expected to be in the nation’s capital with Juvenile for Howard University’s International Yardfest.
The concert will be held at the William Exum Center. Doors will open at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are available on ETIX now.
