Are you still singing ‘I got five on it’? I am. I have a feeling this movie will have me singing in terror, but I could imagine the follow-up to Jordan Peele’s directorial debut ‘Get Out’ has everyone excited singing Luniz. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait just a little bit longer.
‘Us’ featuring Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke as a mother and father that take their kids to their beach house, expecting to enjoy time with friends, but their serenity turns to tension and chaos when some visitors arrive uninvited. The film was originally supposed to release on March 15, but was moved a week back to March 22, 2019.
Along with being pushed back, the film will premiere at the SXSW Film Festival, which begins on the 8th of March. With Peele’s first film receiving praise from critics and fans alike the anticipation is high.
