In theory, Valentine’s Day is supposed to remind us all that there is love out there in the world just waiting for us with open arms. While February 14 can bring joy to some, it is often a reminder of the opposite for many. Why? Some are heartbroken. Some are just bitter. Meanwhile, some of us are just jaded. In place of the Valentine’s Day dates and activities, some of us need to go out with our people, maybe hit up that somebody on the side and spend a little time alone. Fortunately, Jhonni Blaze’s “It’s Alright” provides the perfect soundtrack for all those who are feeling a little jaded this month.
