Jemele Hill, John Skipper and Dan Le Batard will reunite yet again. Hill is set to join Skipper and Le Batard’s new media venture, Meadowlark Media, as a creative advisor. Joined by former Saturday Night Live writer Mike Schur, Hill will help the company come up with new ideas and develop existing projects.
“This is a partnership that made too much sense. Skipper was one of my biggest champions while at ESPN and I have such deep, unconditional respect for Dan and greatly admire his boundless creativity,” Hill said.
“At this stage in my career, I just want to be aligned with creative people who are like-minded. That doesn’t mean we always have to agree, but there is a core belief system that we share. This partnership checks every box for me.”
Beyond her role with Meadowlark Media, Hill will continue to host her podcast, Jemele Hill Is Unbothered. She also co-hosts her own show, Cari & Jemele, on VICE. Not to mention, she also contributes to Colin Kaepernick’s upcoming Netflix series.
