
T.D.E has firmly established itself as the top collective in all of music. In 2018, the label came through with Kendrick Lamar’s Black Panther: The Album Music From and Inspired By, Reason’s There You Have It and Jay Rock’s Redemption. This year, they’re kicking things off with a number of Grammy nominations for Kendrick Lamar’s Black Panther and Jay Rock’s “King’s Dead”. Going forward, Jay Rock has indicated that the 2019 Grammy Awards are just the beginning.

During a recent Q & A on Twitter, Jay Rock hinted at the possibility of a joint album between him and Kendrick Lamar. The fan tweeted, “Do you think you and Kendrick will ever record a full project together?” Jay Rock answered, “We might already have a full project together.”
T.D.E has long teased a number of joint projects including a Black Hippy album and a joint J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar album. Who knows if this is a real thing or a joke? Only time will tell. In addition, T.D.E is expected to usher in new releases from Reason, Schoolboy Q and possibly Ab-Soul. In short, it will be another big year for T.D.E
