After going 2-12 to start the season, the Jacksonville Jaguars fired head coach Gus Bradley. Bradley went 14-48 over four seasons as the Jaguars head coach, which is the worst record in the Super Bowl era (minimum 50 games). Doug Marrone, assistant head coach, and offensive line coach filled in for the final two games going 1-1. Apparently, he impressed the front office enough to hire him full time.
