The Grizzlies also confirmed the report, saying Brooks suffered the injury in their November 10th game against Philadelphia.
Memphis has dealt with several injuries in the early parts of this season. Chandler Parsons, JaMychal Green, and Omri Casspi have all been on the shelf. Some of those players are expected to return in the near future. Brooks, howver, will not be one of them.
In 11 games for the Grizzlies, Brooks is averaging 6.8 points on 40.9 percent shooting, steady reductions from his breakout campaign last year.
