French Montana is the type of artist that loves to prove people wrong.
Recently, a Twitter user posed a challenge to other users. Inspired by the success of Squid Game, the user asked fans to compete in a fictional life or death challenge. The challenge? Name five French Montana songs without features. While some indulged in making jokes about the New York artist, others were quick to point out that French Montana has delivered a number of solo hits and cult classics over the years. Tracks like “Shot Caller,” “Don’t Panic” and “Ain’t Worried ‘Bouth Nothin'” quickly came up. French Montana also hopped into name a dozen solo tracks that he’s seen become hits throughout the years.
Not long thereafter, French Montana returned to social media to confirm that he was in fact coming with new music. The appropriately titled, They Got Amnesia, doesn’t shy away from his ability to make hits with other artists. Rick Ross, Pop Smoke, Lil’ Durk, Moneybagg Yo, Coi Leray, Fivio Foreign, Ty Dolla $ign, Latto and Fabolous. Not to mention, he was recently spotted shooting a video with Doja Cat. He’s also got a few solo tracks sprinkled in like “FWMGAB” and “I Don’t Really Care.”
