If anybody out there is yet to figure out what the Wizards are trying to do, now you know. Washington wants to create as much floor spacing as possible to open up the inside as well as having knockdown shooters ready after a penetrate-and-kick.
Anderson’s best years came as a member of the Toronto Raptors, but he has still been serviceable throughout the entirety of his career. He has compiled career averages of 7.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.2 assists, .6 steals, and .1 blocks in 21.9 minutes per game.
Now, the Wizards have another shooter who can also get to the rim and get some easy buckets. Anderson is for sure going to fit right in with what Washington is trying to do, and is going to be a perfect fit with the team.
