Free agent guard E’Twaun Moore has agreed in principle to a four-year, $34 million deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, a league source tells Scott Kushner of The Advocate:

Moore, 27, had received interest from the Timberwolves, Bulls, and Hornets before reaching an agreement with New Orleans, reports indicate.
In 59 appearances with Chicago last season, Moore averaged 7.5 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 21.4 minutes per contest. Shooting 47-104 (45%) from behind the arc last season, Moore would immediately bring some much needed outside scoring help to a New Orleans team severely lacking in that department.
Moore was the #55 overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft and was selected by Boston.
