Three-time NBA Champion Dwyane Wade is launching a podcast. The iHeart series will feature conversations with “pioneers in sports, fashion, music, and business” about their “origins, and the reasons they keep pushing to innovate.”
“These are all-time greats talking through memorable moments from their careers, telling intimate, behind-the-scenes anecdotes that we never saw in the press, journeys, struggles, triumphs, and that shared excitement as they push forward to their next challenge,” the show’s description reads.
The first few episodes of The Why with Dwyane Wade will include Carmelo Anthony, Rick Ross, Pat Riley, David Grutman and Lindsey Vonn. Each episode will be produced by Wade’s production company, 59th & Prairie Entertainment.
“As someone who is always curious and wanting to learn, I am looking forward to sitting down with some of my friends, peers and people I admire most to hear more about their ‘why’ and what motivates them to get up every day to do what they do,” Wade said.
