Drake has put out three full-length projects and Scary Hours II since the Scorpion tour ended. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the number of times that he has been able to perform in front of a live audience, but that will change in the near future. The Toronto native has announced that he will perform at the legendary Apollo Theater on November 11, 2022. With that said, tickets will be hard to come by. In order to gain entry to this exclusive event, fans must visit the link in his Instagram bio and read the following instructions from SiriusXM.
“For a chance to win tickets to this event, scan the QR code to listen to Sound 42 (Ch. 42) on the SXM App anytime from now until 11 pm ET on October 26, 2022. Then watch for a pop-up message on how to enter,” the statement posted to the SiriusXM website reads.
Drake is no stranger to making special appearances at live shows in and out of New York. Back in 2012, pandemonium struck the yard at Howard University when he appeared alongside 2 Chainz at Howard Homecoming. Just a few years later, he surprised fans when appeared alongside Future in Atlanta at Birthday Bash 20. More recently, he stopped by FTX Arena when J. Cole took “The Off-Season Tour” to Miami, Florida. Will Drake bring out special guests for his performance in New York? Only time will tell.
