DJ Khaled continues his grandiose Father Of Asahd album roll-out releasing the visuals for the Meek Mill and Lil Baby assisted Weather The Storm.
Directed by Eif Rivera and produced by Bruno Breil and Michael “Chop” Baez through ERG Designs, the Weather The Storm video adds a religious aspect to the testimonial tune. The black and white shots feature a choir dressed in all white with Meek Mill, DJ Khaled and Lil Baby each in contrasting dark clothing.
Though a short song at just over two minutes and thirty seconds, Meek Mill and Lil Baby each tell their respective stories. The choir sings and sways, posing with praying hands as Meek Mill and Lil Baby rap heartfelt lyrics detailing their life and legal battles. DJ Khaled appears with both rappers as usual, hyping up their verse.
Weather The Storm is the last of eight announced and released videos for songs from Father Of Asahd. Early release No Brainer received visual treatment back in July 2018. Top Off featuring Future, Jay Z and Beyoncé earned a trailer directed by Ivan Berrios. This leaves only five songs without any visual component.
