The NBA has been afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic, with the league suspending operations in March following Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert testing positive.
Within the Nuggets locker room, All-Star center Nikola Jokic recently tested positive for the coronavirus a week ago. Since then, the NBA has seen a slew of positive COVID-19 tests and players announcing their intentions to sit-out from the season restart in Orlando in late July.
The Denver Nuggets currently hold a record of 43-22, currently the third-seed in the Western Conference.
