While all the concerns and issues of some big name players being snubbed for the NBA’s Western Conference All-Stars were clear and concise, there was still the allure of one spot being available due to the injury to Los Angeles Lakers star and 2015 NBA All-Star Game Western Conference starting guard, as voted by the fans, Kobe Bryant.
It was announced today that while he was originally snubbed, Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins will be picked by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver to replace Bryant on the West All-Star team.

DeMarcus Cousins avoids being the first player to ever average 24+ points per game and 12+ rebounds per game and not go to an All-Star game.
While this is great for Boogie Cousins, this is not exactly fantastic for the fans of Portland Trail Blazers guard, Damian Lillard.
In fact, it seems like Lillard will now be playing with a chip on his shoulder for the remainder of the season and he even said himself, he will be ‘pissed’ if he wasn’t picked for the team.
