For the last few weeks, Netflix has carefully rolled out their highly anticipated music competition show, Rhythm + Flow. With help from Cardi B, T.I. and Chance The Rapper, the show has worked to find the next big thing in music. Along the way, the trio comes across talented artists like Flawless Real Talk, Londynn B and many more. However, only one artist was able to walk away with the grand prize of $250,000. Inglewood’s own, D Smoke, ultimately walked away from the competition with the bag and an opportunity to perform on Spotify’s Rap Caviar Live.
In addition to winning the competition, the California native has also dropped a new project called Inglewood High. The project is only seven tracks long, but is impressive nonetheless. Sometimes less is more. Along the way, D Smoke also brings in Tiffany Gouche, Tommy Sketch and many more to contribute to the project. Not to mention, he’s also dropped a new video for his track, “Let Me Go”. Check out the full project above and let us know what you think.
