Chrissy Teigen and David Chang will team up to co-host a new food show on Hulu. The new show comes as part of a partnership between Hulu, Teigen’s Suit & Thai Productions, Chang’s Majordomo Media and Vox Media Studios. The four producing bodies will work together to create “premium food-centric programming.” The new Teigen and Chang show is tentatively called Family Style. As reported by Variety, the show will have an “emphasis on how food fosters familial and social connection.”
After the announcement was made, Chang said, “This partnership with Hulu, Vox Media Studios, and Chrissy Teigen’s Suit & Thai is a continuation of everything we’ve been chasing with Majordomo Media.” He later added, “I’m hoping we can keep integrating new perspectives into the conversation, telling compelling stories about our culture, and trying to change people’s ideas of what food television can and should do.”
Teigen has also cut a separate deal with Hulu to produce content. Her production company will work with the streaming platform to create content ranging from drama series to cooking shows. As Hulu puts it, “The Hulu platform is Chrissy’s oyster.”
Hulu has yet to set a release date for the new Chang and Teigen project.
