These last few days hasn’t ben ideal for Nik Stauskas and his former teammate Wade Baldwin IV. The two were traded three times before the trade deadline. At first, they were traded from the Portland Trailblazers to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for Rodney Hood. After, they were involved in the deal that sent Iman Shumpert to the Houston Rockets from the Sacramento Kings. At the end of it all, Houston traded them to the Indiana Pacers and the Pacers waived the duo.
After seemingly being on the move for some days before the trade deadline, Stauskas found some stability for the rest of this season. On Monday, the Cavaliers and their General Manager Kobi Altman made the signing of Stauskas for the remainder of this season official. Stauskas visited the team’s practice facility after the announcement to get some shots before what could be his first game with the team against the New York Knicks.
