
Ohio State Buckeyes star freshman forward Brice Sensabaugh has announced he is declaring for the 2023 NBA Draft. For now, he will maintain his college eligibility while going through the process. He showed plenty of NBA talent in his first season at Ohio State His decision to stay or go will largely depend on where he gets evaluated when going through the process. Typically players have a goal of the first round or even a lottery selection. Sensabaugh will likely want to be a lottery pick in the 2023 NBA Draft and that is why he is leaving this window open.

Ohio State did not have the season they were expecting with no post-season for the program this season. Despite that Brice Sensabaugh had a spectacular season as a freshman. NBA Mocks Drafts have had him in the first round for most of the season with some mocks putting him in the draft lottery. He will go through the process and see if a team is likely to take him high enough for him to forgo the rest of his college career.
This past season with the Ohio State Buckeyes, Brice Sensabaugh averaged 16.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. He paired those numbers with a field goal percentage of 48.2 percent and a three-point percentage of 40.5 percent.
