After receiving lots of hype coming out of high school, the professional career of Brandon Jennings hasn’t met expectations, to say the least. After showing us his vast scoring potential and exploding for 55 points in one of his first games in the NBA, we’ve seen Jennings’ career be marred with instability.
Now, after an especially down year in which he was dealt from the New York Knicks to the Washington Wizards, Jennings failed to find a new home during the offseason and is headed to play professionally in China. Along with heading to a whole new country, Jennings will also look to take on another challenge and branch out in the music world. Jennings revealed on his Twitter account that he has recently started a company for music:
Started a company for music. 2018 it's on K.Forest ??

This is obviously a big step for Jennings towards life away from basketball after dedicating a larger part of his life to the sport. Of course, Jennings is still invested in basketball, but it’s likely that with this music company, the 28-year-old will be able to help manage artists and producers on the side.
This along with his up and coming clothing brand ‘Color Blind’ gives Jennings a platform to succeed outside of basketball. Last year, Jennings averaged 7.1 points and 4.9 assists and will likely look for another NBA shot down the road.
