It is amazing how quickly time flies. Nearly two years ago, BLEU broke onto the national scene after receiving a co-sign from one of the most popular artists in the world — Drake. Together, the duo delivered a track by the name of “You’re Mine Still” that still dominates playlists, mixes and radio. Since then, Drake has remained Drake and BLEU has moved from regional talent to emerging star.
Luck is often described as the intersection of opportunity and preparation. By that definition, BLEU is pretty lucky. Following the success of his collaboration with Drake, the rising talent flooded the streaming streets with new music. Not to be forgotten, he’s also locked in with a number of talented acts like Chris Brown, 2 Chainz, Nicki Minaj, Ne-Yo, H.E.R and many others. To top it all off, he delivered his debut album, Moon Boy.
Having overcome the jitters of delivering a debut album, BLEU is back again with yet another body of work. Building upon the success of Moon Boy, the Alabama native has developed a new project called Tantra. The 17-track LP features Nicki Minaj, Lucky Daye, Kelly Rowland, French Montana, ZAYN and many others. Adding to an exciting slate of music, Tantra arrives just in time for a fall weekend.
