Here is a list of the most significant NFL injuries in week eight.
Zach Miller – TE – Chicago Bears
Zach Miller hauled in what appeared to be a long touchdown in the third quarter of Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. When he did so, his knee buckled and shifted as he landed. Here is the play in which Miller dislocated his knee. Warning – gruesome injury.

Initially, the catch was ruled a touchdown. But after the refs took a closer look at it, they concluded it was not. Here is FOX Sports’ own Dean Blandino explaining how the play should have stayed a touchdown.

The timetable is unclear for Miller’s return.
Jordan Reed – TE – Washington Redskins
This is not the week to be a tight end. At first, the Redskins lost tight end Niles Paul to a concussion and then lost Jordan Reed to a hamstring injury.

There is no known timetable for Reed’s return.
