November is often characterized as the season of giving. With the holiday season in full effect, a number of entertainers have used their resources to help others. Megan Thee Stallion recently donated 1,000 turkeys to residents in the greater Houston area. Meanwhile, 21 Savage took time to donate 300 turkeys to those in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He even got his Mom involved with his efforts for good measure. Following in their footsteps, Big Sean provided some much needed entertainment for those in Detroit this holiday weekend.
Big Season purchased 200 movie tickets for residents in Detroit hoping to see Lena Waithe’s Queen & Slim. Residents near the Emagine Royal Oak theater in Royal Oak, Michigan were treated to two free tickets per person.

Big Sean posted a flyer for the giveaway along with a caption that read, “This movie so fire! For Black Friday, we [are] supporting This amazing film Queen [and] Slim.”
His ventures into film don’t stop there. Earlier this year, he announced plans to open the Sean Anderson Theater next year. The theater will open in Detroit and reportedly feature 10-12 screens.
