Less than ten days before the official release of Bad Boys For Life, DJ Khaled has announced that he will lead the film’s soundtrack. The Florida DJ and producer made the announcement on Instagram this week.
He wrote, “As the CEO Of We The Best Music, I’m honored to have the official Bad Boys For Life soundtrack on We The Best Music.” “[There is] more to come this year. Get ready for January 17th,” he added.
Previously, J Balvin and the Black Eyed Peas emerged as the first artists to join the project. With DJ Khaled behind the wheel, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, City Girls, Jaden Smith, Quavo, Lil’ Jon, Rich The Kid, Bryson Tiller and Daddy Yankee have all joined the effort. At the moment, it’s unclear whether or not Will Smith will return to music for the soundtrack.
The Martin Lawrence and Will Smith film will hit theaters next Friday. In the meantime, get ready for the DJ Khaled surprise album.
