Head Coach Eric Musselman and the Arkansas Razorbacks have landed the commitment of 2022 five-star point guard Anthony Black. He committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks over the Gonzaga Bulldogs, TCU Horned Frogs, Oklahoma State Cowboys, and the NBA G League Ignite team. Musselman has the Razorbacks competing at the top levels of college basketball and now with him pulling in five-star recruits there could be no one to stop him from reaching the pinnacle of college basketball sooner rather than later.
Top-20 senior Anthony Black has committed to Arkansas — giving the Razorbacks three five-stars and six ESPN 100 prospects.
With an elite recruiting class, at least two returning starters and presumably a couple transfers, Arkansas is in contention for No. 1 in my Early Top 25.

Anthony Black is a top 25 recruit and top three point guard in the 2022 recruiting class with some legitimate “one and done” potential along with the other incoming Arkansas freshmen. He will be joining fellow five-star recruits, Nick Smith and Jordan Walsh. Smith is a top ten recruit and top three combo guard while Walsh is a top 20 recruit and top-five small forward. Also joining these players are four-star recruits, Derrian Ford, Barry Dunning, and Joseph Pinion.
If 5?? Anthony Black commits to Arkansas, he will be the 3rd McDonald’s All-American to commit to Eric Musselman in the 2022 class. https://t.co/UYFuUh5MdU pic.twitter.com/PfaE7cE0fb

The Arkansas Razorbacks want to recapture the success they had in the 1990s and with Eric Musselman as their Head Coach, they may just do that. Recruiting multiple five-star players like Anthony Black paired with winning games is a good recipe for success. The Razorbacks could very well be the preseason number one team heading into next season with their roster.
