Coca-Cola has enlisted Gwen Stefani and Anderson .Paak for a new single celebrating the start of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games and the 2024 Summer Paralympic Games. Crafted by Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic, “Hello World (Song of the Olympics)” is a described as an anthem celebrating the “exciting and celebratory spirit” of the global sporting event.
“We are excited to officially debut ‘Hello World,’ an all-new celebratory song for Paris 2024 in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee and our all-star lineup of musical talent,” Coca-Cola Company executive Josh Burke said.
“Just as the Olympic Games bring the world together every four years, we hope ‘Hello World’ serves as inspiration for fans and athletes from around the world to join in Celebrating Everyday Greatness throughout Paris 2024 and well after.”
The celebration of music at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games will continue this afternoon. During the opening ceremony, Lady Gaga and Céline Dion will perform a rendition of “La Vie en Rose” by French musician Édith Piaf. Additionally, Aya Nakamura, France’s most listened-to singer, will deliver a performance of “La Bohème” by Charles Aznavour.
The 2024 Summer Olympics are set to kick off on Friday, July 26, 2024 in Paris, France at 1:30 PM EST.
