Aminé has delivered the visuals for “Woodlawn” from his latest album, Limbo. Representing his Portland neighborhood, he and his friends take over Rip City on Range Rovers, four wheelerss and much more. All in all, the “Woodlawn” video is the biggest party to take place in Portland since the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
“Came a long way from that Woodlawn Park/Now young Aminé pushin’ push to start/Mr. Yellowman got himself a lil’ jam/Made my fetty in Japan,” he raps.
“I do this sh*t for Mark/Playin’ him my sh*t through the phone/He tell me keep my foot up on they necks for the throne/You ain’t really on, ’til all yo’ n*ggas on/I tell him keep his head up and he set up when he home.”
“Woodlawn” is Aminé’s latest anthem. The Limbo single was one of the two tracks he chose to perform on his latest Jimmy Kimmel Live! performance. Sitting in a hot air balloon, he brought the track to millions of homes from miles up in the sky. Now, he’s bringing the song to your laptop and cell phone screen.
