Fans can expect a lot of new things with the new season! A new boss. As EW revealed this summer, following the death of Roger Dooley (Shea Whigham), Jack Thompson (Chad Michael Murray) will be taking over SSR New York – which must mean Daniel Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) is the new head honcho in Los Angeles.
The series moved to the West Coast for the new season, and Sousa is filling the role of “Chief” when we return.
“We can say that Thompson has taken over SSR New York, but he’s also not the head of the whole agency,” executive producer Michele Fazekas previously revealed to EW. “And keep in mind, the SSR was somewhat based on the OSS, and we know this because when [Christopher] Markus and [Stephen] McFeely wrote Captain America, that was their inspiration. The OSS was somewhat disbanded after the war, because it was created because of World War II. So now that the war is over, things are changing.”
Marvel’s Agent Carter picks up midseason on ABC.
