AfroTech is taking its annual conference to new heights this fall. In addition to seminars, discussions and exhibits about the evolution of technology through the lens of the African diaspora, the conference will feature a live music experience. The live music stage will feature a number of talented acts, including Bia, Bas and Zaytoven. Adding to the live music experience, AfroTech Conference will also include events hosted by the Broccoli City Festival and RNB House Party. Not to mention, the conference after-party is expected to bring in 10,000 attendees from around the world.
“We are thrilled to bring such incredible musical talent to the AfroTech stage, and expand the AfroTech Franchise to include a music festival. This is especially fitting since our annual conference is being held in the live music capital of the world,” AfroTech Owner Morgan DeBaun said.
“We are also excited to host our conference live and in-person after hosting it in a metaverse the last two years. The addition of our live music festival truly rounds out the entire AfroTech experience as we celebrate Black and multicultural innovators and these rising creative artists.”
The expanded AfroTech Conference is set to take place in Austin, Texas on November 13-17, 2022. Tickets for the immersive tech event are currently on sale.
